Some negotiation process aspects on the Moldovan-Pridnes
Pridnestrovie's minister of foreign affairs, Nina Shtanski, emphasised during a meeting with the head of the OSCE mission to Moldova, Michael Scanlan, that after a long pause this March had become very rich in meetings with different delegations. She also expressed satisfaction with the appointment of Moldova's new chief negotiator.
"We hope these changes in personnel will provide a stimulus to the negotiation process, which we still view in a positive light," said the foreign minister.
In turn, the head of the OSCE mission to Moldova, Michael Scanlan, expressed willingness to assist in organising meetings of working expert groups and diplomats in the 1+1 format.
"I am very pleased to realise that a 1+1 format meeting with Moldova's new chief negotiator will take place tomorrow. I think this is a good sign suggesting that some specific steps may be made in the year of 2015 for the benefit of the both banks residents," said Michael Scanlan.
