249 Pridnestrovians are carriers of COVID-19 in the republic at the moment, according to the information announced in the course of the meeting of the Operational Headquarters under the PMR President for prevention of the spread of coronavirus. 95 of them are being treated at home, 154 - in two infectious diseases hospitals. The network load is 42%. The coronavirus disease is hard to bear for 31, or 20% of the total number of citizens currently hospitalized, 9 are patients in intensive care units, one is connected to artificial lung ventilation device.
2999 samples were examined during the week (234647 during the entire time of the pandemic). The presence of the disease in the reporting period was confirmed in 156 cases. 49821 cases of COVID-19 infection totally were recorded in Pridnestrovie during the coronavirus pandemic.
32467 Pridnestrovians were vaccinated with the Sputnik V first component, 29511 people received both doses of this vaccine. 4860 people were vaccinated with the first dose of AstraZeneca, 1926 - completed the course. 6196 residents of the republic were vaccinated with the first dose of Pfizer, 2805 - completed vaccination with this vaccine. The republic began to vaccinate with Chinese medicines. The first dose of Sinopharm vaccine was received by 5124 people and Sinovac by 3927 people.
