Vadim Krasnoselsky congratulated pupils of Suvorov Military College on the beginning of the academic year

The first school bell rang today in all educational institutions of the republic. It rang out only for pupils in the first and eleventh grades in the territories of schoolyards in the context of the pandemic. For the rest, the academic year began without participation in the traditional ceremonial celebratory assemblies – with a lesson of peace. The official events that launched the 2020-2021 academic year at the Tiraspol Suvorov Military School are organized according to the same principle. Only 1st year pupils and graduates (seventh-year) of the coming year - gathered at the parade ground. The initiator of the creation of the TSVU, the Commander-in-Chief of the PMR Armed Forces Vadim Krasnoselsky took part in the festive event. Greeting the pupils of Suvorov Military College and the staff of the school, the President congratulated them on the third anniversary of the establishment of the educational institution and the upcoming 30th anniversary of Pridnestrovie. Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized that the college took a worthy place in the education system of the republic over three years and became an important component of an effective mechanism for training the future elite of the armed forces. The President expressed confidence that the history of the Pridnestrovian Suvorov movement, like Pridnestrovie as a whole, will have many glorious pages.

Officially, the day of creation of the college is celebrated on the 3rd of September. In The first graduation of Suvorov Military College took place May 2020. The graduates were replaced by a new generation: this year 70 people joined the Suvorov movement. Before the onset of the school year, the children who successfully passed the entrance exams took a course of special training. Today they took the oath of pupils of Suvorov Military College. Totally, 290 pupils will sit at the desks of TSVU in the coming academic year. A festive class hour was held on the theme "In unity is our strength", dedicated to the upcoming anniversary of the republic.
