The President congratulated members of the housing and construction cooperative "Sledkom" on their housewarming

Vadim Krasnoselsky visited today a residential building that was built as part of the presidential affordable housing construction program. This is a two-story building with 20 apartments in Mira Street. An unfinished building, once designed as a retail outlet, was given over to housing. The PMR Investigative Committee took on the implementation of the social housing and construction project. A cooperative was created from the employees of this department – the "Sledkom" housing and construction cooperative. The work has been underway since 2020. The deadline for commissioning was shifted due to downtime during the pandemic. Construction work was completed this year. Repairs are underway in the apartments. Five of them are already occupied. The President visited the new residents, congratulated them on acquiring their own home and on the upcoming New Year and Christmas holidays.
