Tiraspol, February 27. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. From February 1, wages for employees of educational and social protection organizations were increased by 25%. Salaries for healthcare workers will be increased from April 1 due to the transition to a pilot project. The bill prepared by the Government, which amends the republican budget for 2024, was adopted by the Supreme Council in the second and final reading. As the developers of the bill note, one of the goals of the document is the implementation of the Message of the President of the PMR to state authorities and administration.
In total, 401.3 million rubles will be required to increase wages. In particular, in the field of education, additional expenses will amount to 62.4 million rubles for the republican budget and 195.3 for local budgets. Republican budget expenditures on increasing wages for healthcare workers should amount to 117.1 million rubles.
The adopted bill will be sent to the President of the PMR for signature.
