Vadim Krasnoselsky gave instructions based on the Rybnitsa residents appeals

The President held a meeting on issues raised last week by officials, deputies and public activists of Rybnitsa district. Vadim Krasnoselsky requested up-to-date information on the designated areas, listened to reports, and gave instructions. The agenda includes providing drinking water to residents of the village of Kolbasna. There are three wells in the settlement, but they do not cover the entire territory of the village. The quantity and quality of well water does not meet the requirements and standards. 167 households are currently without water. It is necessary to solve the problem to drill an additional well and install a water tower or connect to the existing system – the water intake of Shmaleny, which is located 15 kilometers from the village of Kolbasna, which is currently used at 15-20% of the production capacity. The second option is seen by most of the meeting participants as more rational. It will be possible by investing 6 million rubles in a 30-kilometer pipeline to connect seven settlements from the Shmaleny system. The proposal will be further reviewed. The President set the task that the issue should be closed during the current and next year. In addition, the President requested detailed information on the state of affairs with the provision of water to the settlements of the republic – the need and plan for 2024.

The prospects for road works in Rybnitsa district were discussed. The presidential instruction is to send a commission that will examine problem areas and prepare an appropriate information note for further decision-making. Another commission will be created to finally resolve the issue of the fate of the “North” garage cooperative, which includes more than a hundred objects. The essence of the problem is that over the garages, most of which were built back in the 80s of the last century, there is a power line. Some of the buildings have been approved. Others do not provide such an opportunity, referring to the relevant instructions of specialized services. The regulations were updated in 2019. The approach should be unified, Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized. Specialists will study the legal framework and assess the possibility of ensuring security by going to the place. The implications will be reported to the PMR President.

A two-week period has been set for the work of the working group, which will have to sort out the legal aspects of a different direction. This is a mechanism for granting the right to use a land plot. The topic of the land cadastre was discussed in the context of this issue. The President asked about progress in its creation. The work entrusted to the Ministry of Digital Development started in 2021. The Head of the department Sergey Babenko said that out of the four options considered, a Russian-made software product was chosen. Prior to the acquisition, it was tested for three months free of charge. Having made a choice, they purchased and installed server hardware, as well as 19 sets of computer equipment. The start of work revealed the need for another ten powerful computers. They will be purchased this year. The experts were trained. Data is being collected. Information about 20 thousand units has been poured into a single database at the moment. This is the so-called draft base. Analysis of the information showed that some data are duplicated. Experts have been forming a finishing layer since March. It already has 432 objects. The minister noted that the data processing process is faster with gaining experience. Slobodzeya provides information most actively. There is almost no data on Tiraspol, Bendery and Dubossary land plots and their users. Vadim Krasnoselsky called on the state administration to intensify work in this direction.

A permanent fortifications of the Great Patriotic War was restored recently in the village of Vykhvatintsy at the request of local residents, supported by the recommendation of Vadim Krasnoselsky. It will be included in thematic excursion tours. In addition, the memorial located in this village is to be renovated. Stone slabs will be installed here, on which the names of fellow villagers who did not return from the war of 1941-1945 will be carved. A memorial location will be arranged in the village of Butuchany. A tanker was buried at the local cemetery in 1941, whose name remained unknown. The stone composition on his grave will in fact be a monument to the Unknown Soldier. A significant component of the memorial location will also be a monument to a local resident who buried the soldier on her own and took care of the nameless grave until the end of her days.
