“The feat of the people through the ages and milestones” is how the organizers called the gala concert dedicated to the 78th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. The solemn musical event was held in the great hall of the Palace of the Republic. The veterans were honored guests. Creative numbers of the best art groups of Pridnestrovie are a gift to them and all Pridnestrovians who honor the history and feat of the Soviet soldier. The President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Vadim Krasnoselsky with his wife Svetlana Krasnoselskaya were among the spectators.

The PMR Defenders Union of Tiraspol celebrated its 30th anniversary. A ceremonial meeting on the occasion of the anniversary was held at the City Palace of Culture. The PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky arrived to congratulate the members of the organization.
