The heads of cities and districts focused on the progress in the implementation of the program of the Capital Investment Fund 2022. The work schedule is observed. Increased attention is paid to the objects of the sphere of education. Specially created commissions carried out verification activities. Schools and institutions of pre-school education are mostly ready for the start of the school year. Repair and construction work will continue in autumn in the capital's kindergartens numbers 5, 7, 37 and 44. These municipal preschool educational institutions are being put in order within the framework of the state capital investment program and at the expense of local budgets. The renovation is expected to be completed by mid-October. The stadium near the Tiraspol school number 5 is expected to be put into operation by September 5. Vadim Krasnoselsky drew attention to the need to improve the entrance to the facility. The first stage of work in the Aviators' Square will be completed by the Day of the Republic. It was proposed to allocate funds that the city earned this year in excess of planned revenues for the reconstruction and equipping of the arboretum and the city stadium. If such an approach is supported, then it will be possible to start developing them already in the fall, which will allow a significant amount of preparatory work to be carried out by spring, Oleg Dovgopol noted.
More news from the capital: two 14-seater electric buses will run on the roads of Tiraspol. Their delivery from China was delayed for seven months due to the situation abroad. Vehicles are already in the city, being prepared for launch on the route.
Speaking about the readiness of educational institutions the Head of Bendery Roman Ivanchenko noted that repair work will last a little longer than planned at school number 17: they are expected to be completed in the first ten days of September. Kindergarten number 27 was mentioned during the meeting. A complaint was received from Bendery residents regarding poor-quality repair work performed there. The facility was repaired at the expense of the Capital Investment Fund in 2020. The President ordered an audit.
Another instruction of the PMR President is to develop a target program for the improvement of school yards and territories adjacent to kindergartens. They will be gradually put in order by means of the Capital Investment Fund.
The Road Fund was discussed. The mechanism of formation, allocation and development of funds requires improvement. Participants of the meeting consider that the enterprises of this industry should not be idle, otherwise there is a great threat of loss of labor resources.
The Slobodzeya district is preparing to open the Kitskany bridgehead after the reconstruction. An event with the participation of the country will be held at the renovated memorial complex tomorrow. The meeting of Metropolitan Vladimir of Chisinau and All Moldova is expected in the village of Karagash. Vasily Tishchenko informed that the visit is scheduled for the 28th of August.
