The PMR President, being on an inspection visit to Rybnitsa, discussed with representatives of the regional administration plans for further renovation of the social infrastructure. They talked about objects that require attention as a matter of priority. Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized that the reduction in funding for development programs is a necessary measure, but each item will be fulfilled in the future. It is the matter of time. It was noted that the local population enthusiastically accepts the ongoing infrastructural changes and is sympathetic to the difficulties that slow down the process of transforming cities and villages of the republic.
Vadim Krasnoselsky visited the Rybnitsa city park. Founded in 1967, it has always been a place of attraction for citizens, but has fallen into disrepair over the years. Funds were allocated in 2020 from the republican budget for the reconstruction of the park fountain. He has completely changed. Now the landscaped area around the fountain complex is a place not only for the pastime of Rybnitsa residents and guests of the city, but also for holding cultural events. Three million rubles were spent in 2021 on expanding the network of paved park paths, updating and increasing the number of benches and lighting devices, additional landscaping and laying out new flower beds, including vertical ones. The plans for the current year include tidying up the summer stage and the area around it, as well as equipping children's entertainment and play area. Having examined the stage, Vadim Krasnoselsky noted that the fencing of the territory is inappropriate – it should be available for free visiting. The fence is being dismantled and used elsewhere, probably at a sports school. The PMR President drew attention to the need to provide premises for artists. It should be a small lightweight structure located in close proximity to the stage, the President noted.
The "Electric Cars" attraction will soon appear in the central park of Rybnitsa on the recommendation of Vadim Krasnoselsky. The experience of other cities shows that this entertainment is in high demand among children and their parents. The site of the future entertainment location has already been chosen, the small architectural forms that were on the site, which have become obsolete both morally and physically, have been dismantled, the worn-out asphalt coating has been removed, earthworks are underway. The canvas on which the electric vehicles move will be made by local specialists, and the cars and batteries for them will be purchased abroad. 10 electric vehicles in total will run.
