Tiraspol, February 15 /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. According to the parliamentary press service, the PMR Supreme Council delegation is on a working visit to the Russian capital.
The Supreme Council Сhairman Alexander Korshunov, Chairman of the Social Policy and Health Committee Sergei Cheban, and Chairman of the Economic Policy, Budget, and Finance Committee Viktor Guzun will meet with Russian colleagues on issues related to legislation in the field of social supporting as well as the economy field.
Currently, on the first day of the visit, the PMR Supreme Council delegation in the United Russia party officials met with the Russian Federation State Duma deputies, including Konstantin Zatulin, Artem Turov (Committee for CIS Affairs and Relations with Compatriots), Sergey Chizhov (Committee for Budget and Taxation), Marina Orheieva (Social Policy Committee), Andrey Gorokhov (Health Committee).
Russian parliamentarians represent the interests of Russian citizens who are living in Pridnestrovie in the State Duma, who voted for them in elections to the Russian State Duma of the VIIIth convocation.
