Initiated by the President work to establish new green spaces continues throughout the republic. Landscaping plan has been developed in each city and district. The necessary funds have been allocated, the planting material was purchased. For example, today trees are planted near the stele built in memory of the first Pridnestrovian people who were killed in Dubossary.
They enrich the green area in Bendery. The planting schedule for trees and shrubs includes various locations, including the Solnechny park. It is located in the microdistrict of Bendery with the same name – one of the largest and most densely populated. The object is new. The construction began last year. It was originally planned to create a small walking and leisure area. The project was changed at the insistence of Vadim Krasnoselsky, significantly expanding the functionality of the park and its area. More than 6 million rubles have been invested in construction and equipment. The recreational area is designed as a five-tiered one. The territory is paved with paving slabs. There are lighting fixtures, benches, and trash cans along the entire perimeter. A workout area was equipped, outdoor exercise equipment and tennis tables are installed. A children's playground was equipped. On behalf of the President, the upper level was taken over for playing sports - football, volleyball, basketball and badminton. Treadmills have been thought out, which can be used not only by local residents leading a healthy lifestyle, but also by pupils of the athletics school. Particular attention is paid to landscaping. Maple and weeping sakura seedlings have been added today to the already rooted trees and shrubs of various species and varieties. Local residents participated in the greening campaign. Children living in the microdistrict are the main users of the park infrastructure, they also took part in the Saturday volunteer work. The President with his wife made company to the participants of the cleanup. Svetlana and Vadim Krasnoselsky planted maple seedlings in Solnechny.
The participants of the greening campaign were met in the park by the Head of the Bendery administration. Roman Ivanchenko informed the President about progress in the improvement, indicating that the bulk of work on the upper sports level will be completed by the end of this year. Other facilities of Bendery were also mentioned where other development programs, a modern and accessible sports infrastructure is being actively formed thanks to the program of the Capital Investment Fund. Mini-football fields have been built in the "Shelkovy" and "Borisovka" microdistricts. A similar object was placed in the Gorky Park. A bright playground for the youngest visitors was also arranged here. Children's entertainment zones were also landscaped in the Pobeda Park (Leninsky microdistrict), in Borisovsky and Timiryazevsky squares. One and a half dozen leisure spaces and memorable places are among the Bendery objects, to which attention is paid.
