Vadim Krasnoselsky being on a working visit to Dubossary discussed the current situation with the Head of State Administration Ruslan Chaban. They talked about the current state of affairs with the implementation of the capital investment program as well as about further plans to update the infrastructure of the city and villages of the Dubossary region. It was noted that healthcare will be in priority next year: many medical institutions still need to be repaired and equipped despite serious financial investments that made it possible to reconstruct or rebuild dozens of medical facilities from scratch. Residents of Dubossary are waiting for a major overhaul of the hospital and polyclinic. The villages need feldsher-obstetric stations and rural medical outpatient clinics. The President once again emphasized that the formation of the Capital Investment Fund program is taking place on the basis of requests from the heads of city and regional administrations, and urged not to delay the submission of applications.
After the discussion part of the meeting and the elaboration of topical issues of the district's life, the interlocutors visited some socially significant objects. They stopped at the Energetikov Park. Its improvement continues. Commissioning is scheduled for October 27. On this day, residents of Dubossary will celebrate the City Day. The main sports locations should be ready for the holiday – a football field and a basketball and volleyball court. They think about treadmills, tennis tables, a playground that will be equipped for workout training. An obligatory element is the spectator stands. They are important for both sports and cultural events. Arbors will also be installed. Their functionality is associated not only with recreation, but also with board games. The cost of the project is almost five million rubles.
Vadim Krasnoselsky drew attention to the need to strengthen the fence around the perimeter of the football field. The point is to prevent land washout during periods of heavy rainfall. The interlocutors discussed the project of further gardening of the park zone. The President noted that the territory is small, the objects will be located compactly, therefore the approach to the design of green zones and the choice of planting material should be special. The PMR President recalled the irrigation system, noting that the green area cannot be saved without it. Even the transformer box will be transformed by the time the object is put into operation: it is recommended to involve local artists in its design.
