Vadim Krasnoselsky signed a law on increasing wages of public sector workers

At the initiative of the President, wage growth will be from 4% to 10%

Tiraspol, May 31. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The President of the PMR Vadim Krasnoselsky signed a law on increasing public sector workers` wages and the wages of military personnel from May 1, 2021. The corresponding changes were initiated by the Head of State. The Supreme Council adopted the bills in two readings.

Limits on wages for state institutions will increase by 4%, where the structure has already been optimized according to the pilot project and wages have increased. These are the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the state administration and other organizations.

For employees of other budget-financed organizations, such as doctors and teachers will increase by 8%

The limits on the monetary allowance of military personnel, employees of the Ministry of Defense, Peacekeeping Forces of the PMR and employees of the State Service for the Execution of Punishments of the Ministry of Justice will increase by 10%. Pensions for law enforcement officers will increase accordingly.

Furthermore, additional payments are provided for medical workers who have come into contact with patients with suspected coronavirus. The state will spend 91 million rubles on this.
