Tiraspol, November 29. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Russian senator Sergey Muratov visited Dubossary on the single voting day. Together with the head of the town Ruslan Chaban, he visited all the polling places in Dubossary. Most of all, Sergey Muratov was impressed by the people for whom the elections became a real holiday.
“Firstly, all safety measures were respected and all the regimes, that are scheduled. The most impressive thing is the mood of people. Music sounds in Dubossary, all people are in such high spirits and go as if on a holiday,” Sergey Muratov said.
Sergey Muratov also commended the Anti-COVID-19 measures at the polling places. He stressed, that safety was fully respected.
This is not the first time a Russian senator has visited Dubossary. Here he spent his childhood. As Sergey Muratov noted, Dubossary is the second motherland for him. He also thanked the head of the town for the warm welcome and on his native places tour.
“Now I see how Dubossary is being changed. Dubossary is generally extraordinary town of Pridnestrovie. It’s located in the middle of the country and it’s beautiful. For every person this place is cozy, close and pleasant,” Sergey Muratov noted.
