They talked at the meeting under the President about the sources of funding for measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus. The current state of affairs and plans for 2021 was discussed. The state has allocated 284 million rubles to combat COVID, as well as to support citizens and organizations during emergency. More than half of them were obtained through the sequestration of the most important target funds, slightly less from other budgetary sources. The largest specific weight belongs to capital investment fund: 74 million rubles were withdrawn from it for anti-coronavirus activities this year. 275 million have been spent.
The items for spending the aforementioned funds were discussed in detail by participants of the working discussion. The President instructed the Accounts Chamber to check the targeting and justification of these expenses for completeness of understanding.
