Tiraspol, December 5./Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Next Saturday, December 14, Tiraspol will host a Vocational IT Conference for pupils. High school students (grades 8-11) will gather from all over the republic: for those who wish to go, it is organized buses delivery.
The event itself will take place in the Palace of the Republic. The start is scheduled for 11:00.
“Practically all day we will tell them about IT directions. There will be several incendiary speakers who will introduce children directions and nuances. We gathered them all over Pridnestrovie, there will be even guests from Russia. We will try to light up the guys with this theme so they ultimately choose IT as their way. We will show interesting programs, modern trends that are studied and so on,” one of the organizers, the head of the Dex company, Ivan Gel told Novosti Pridnestrovya News Agency.
More than a million highly paid workers. This is the potential of a job bank in the IT-sphere. Already now it is one of the most dynamic and promising industries. In addition, not just abroad. It is possible to find a good job as a programmer in Pridnestrovie. How and where – it also will be discussed at the event.
“The goal is to show that IT is not just such a global trend, but that we also have this direction development. The university is improving the program, opening new specialties, and after graduating from the university, it is possible to get to our employers. In the lobby of the Palace of the Republic, IT-Association will display stands, there it will be a school of robots, we will bring from Chisinau virtual reality. The child will be able to go out there and, technically speaking, touch something, aid, look, «- Ivan Gel says.
The BIT foundation is one of the organizers of this conference. It was created on the basis of Pridnestrovian IT-association with potential participation of the state, business and IT-community. The foundation is conceived as a crowdfunding platform to raise funds and create a modern educational environment. The funds will be allocated to targeted programs in support of the school, university and additional education.
