Tiraspol, May, 17. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR, Vitaly Ignatiev, sent congratulations to the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia, Dauru Kove, on the establishment of Apsny Foreign Ministry.
Vitaly Ignatiev emphasized that the professional experience, responsibility and dedication of Abkhaz diplomats provided a solid basis for building mutually beneficial relations with foreign partners, allowed the Republic of Abkhazia to gain international recognition, and also contribute to the achievement of significant goals in the foreign policy arena.
