Tiraspol, April 13. / Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The day before the President of the PMR Vadim Krasnoselsky signed the law «About the Approval of the State Program of Development of Agro-industrial Complex of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic 2019-2026». Let's remind, the document drafted in the Government was accepted by the Supreme Council on March 27.
The law comes into force from the date of the official publication following behind day and extends the action to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2019.
The state development program of the agrarian and industrial complex was drafted by the Government. Its main goal is the creation of the competitive, dynamically developing export-focused agro-industrial complex capable to ensure food security of the republic and stable export deliveries of food products.
The cost of actions of the seven-year program is estimated at 2.13 billion rubles. 80% of the planned sum is the own resources of the agricultural organizations and proceeds of credit. Other 20% will be undertaken by the state through the investments funds and development of business.
The expected results
According to the forecasts, implementation of the program will allow increasing by 2026 volumes of national production (in relation to the level of the 2017th) cattle and bird meat – 56%; milk – 29%; vegetables – 11%; fruit – 2.4 times.
Besides, it is supposed to reach growth of a number of cattle (up to 22 thousand heads), pigs (60 thousand heads), a bird (484 thousand heads) due to its gain in the agricultural organizations and preservation of constant number in personal subsidiary farms.
Also, the increase in efficiency of use of agricultural land holdings by inclusion in crop rotation in addition to 3,377 hectares of the grubbed-out long-term plantings and laying of 1,776 hectares of gardens and vineyards is expected.
