Tiraspol, April, 4. / Novosti Pridnestrovya /. Heads of the cities and areas of the Republic reported to the Head of the state on implementation of the program of Unfinished Building completion for providing citizens with affordable housing. The task to resume construction in the cities and districts was given to the Government by the President in 2018.
In the next two years, it is planned to finish 10 houses: two in Tiraspol, Bendery, and Dnestrovsk and one in Slobodzeya, Kamenka, Grigoriopol and Rybnitsa districts. In Dubossary there are no such houses, it is the only exception.
As the Head of Tiraspol Oleg Dovgopol reported, instead of an unfinished construction on Komsomolskaya Street there will be a house on 237 apartments, and on Benderskaya Street – on 80 apartments. Now engineering networks are brought to objects and internal communications are laid. Residential buildings plan to put into operation at the end of the current year. The cost of future apartments in so-called «gray option» will be within $120-150 for a square meter.
In Bendery, the construction on two objects is resumed. It is the house on Chisinauskaya Street, 117 and on Protyagaylovskaya Street, 2. In buildings, there will be 60 and 38 apartments respectively capacity from one to three rooms. The average cost of a square meter there will be $120.
In Slobodzeya and Kamenka there are planned 48 apartments in the houses. The buyer should pay about $107-120 for one square meter of the housing.
In Rybnitsa the house on 21 apartments will be put in operation. The estimated cost for the square meter - $138. All the apartments in an unfinished construction will cost to Grigoriopol's inhabitants cheaper. In the house on 18 apartments, one square meter will cost $60.
As the Head of the state reminded, citizens, will be able to receive the real estate in property due to the mechanism of individual share in construction. The program provided preferential crediting of expenses on housing for workers of the budgetary sphere. At the level of the republic, the rate of the credit is 10.5% per annum, the maximum term of crediting – 10 years.
The President also noted that implementation of the program for completion of works on unfinished constructions revealed in what settlements of the republic the housing is mostly demanded. Taking into account the current situation construction of affordable housing will be continued in the short term only in Tiraspol.
