Tiraspol, March, 19. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Tourist Forum will be held in the republic in September this year. The event is included in the tourism support and development program in the republic for 2019-2026, which was presented in the Government today.
According to the Deputy Chairman of the Government - Minister of Economic Development of the PMR, Sergei Obolonik, the preparation for the forum, which will be held in Pridnestrovie for the first time, will begin in late April.
In addition to the “large in its fullness” program of the forum, the design of tourist brands of Pridnestrovie cities and districts will be developed, souvenirs, stands in the national style and advertising products will be prepared.
It is also planned to compile tourist guides and form a guide with indication of Pridnestrovian travel service suppliers.
In total it is planned to allocate 2 million 254 thousand rubles for the development of the republic tourism industry for the current year.
As noted at the meeting in the Government, the main goal of the program is to increase Pridnestrovie tourist attractiveness both in the domestic and foreign markets, as well as the quality of the tourist product.
