Tiraspol, December, 18. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Pridnestrovie has to regulate the number of experts who are trained for republic economy. An important component of this mechanism is the state order which has to be formed systemically and only on the need of the state economy. At the same time, the State-funded places have to be redistributed according to the state order. It was said during the final press conference by the Head of the state Vadim Krasnoselsky.
"The Government has an accurate task of formation of the state order for the experts. In the Pridnestrovian State University there is a concept of the State-funded places. We have to redistribute them on those specialities on which we observe staff deficit. For example, to allocate more to medical, engineering, agrarian faculties", - the President paid attention.
The young specialists who were educated at the expense of the Republican budget have to be fixed in the workplaces, but not to leave the state or go to another sector of the economy.
"It is necessary to create the honest and transparent relations between the student, the Pridnestrovian State University and the state. The young man after education will have to work a certain term for the state", - Vadim Krasnoselsky explained.
Now the bill assuming the conclusion of the tripartite agreement between the student (studying at the full-time department at the expense of the Republican budget), State University and the state is under consideration of the deputies of the Supreme Council. According to this document, the graduate will be obliged to work three years on distribution or to compensate to the state the financial means spent on training.
The President also paid attention that, besides the level of the salary, young specialists are often concerned by a question of the existence of affordable housing. The state is already engaged in the solution of this problem.
"There are two versions of the solution of a question. It is the program of ANO Evraziyskaya integratsiya, which means the attraction of the external Russian investments. But the organization "revolved", especially the last two years, there were big debts and incomplete objects. Unfortunately, there is no hope for this source so far. The second direction which we have already realised is the completion of the construction of the unfinished objects. In Tiraspol there are 5 houses, in Bendery – 2, in other cities and areas – 1", - Vadim Krasnoselsky noted.
It is planned to implement this program in Pridnestrovie in one and a half year. As a result, about 600 apartments will be offered to young specialists, workers of the budgetary sphere.
"Though it was difficult, the state will further continue to realize this idea at the expense of internal sources of Fund of Investments, including building from scratch", - the President concluded.
