Bendery, November, 29. / News of Pridnestrovie/. At the regular meeting of JCC, the parties managed to make the decision on a number of questions. However, it was preceded by a long-hour discussion of the current agenda.
The Moldavian party offered to include there a question of monitoring in the Safety zone, the Pridnestrovian party suggested discussing penal institutions of RM in Bendery. The Russian party, in turn, urged colleagues to return to the military observer's instruction regarding the visit of posts of law enforcement agencies. The matter is that the Moldavian party still refuses to visit a number of objects (about 600).
After the long discussions and consultations, sensitive issues were postponed, and the regular meeting was open.
Rotation of the Russian military observers was carried out and also JMC reported on a situation in the Safety zone.
Pridnestrovian party demanded to carry out an internal investigation according to all reports of military command which for some reasons were not signed by representatives of RM (about 20 documents).
The co-head of the JCC from PMR noted that such a practice goes against decisions of governing body of the peacekeeping operation.
"It is strictly forbidden not to sign acts of military observers, reports of JMC. All these reports have to be considered by the JCC. If one of the parties does not sign the document, so it does not want it to be considered and publicised. We consider that it is inadmissible, and we demand to conduct an initial investigation", - Oleg Belyakov emphasized.
The next meeting of JCC is planned for the next Thursday, it will be conducted by the Pridnestrovian side.
