Rybnitsa, November, 2. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Capital investment program will continue next year. Most of it will include health care facilities. It is planned to allocate more than 40 million rubles for construction and repair works. Another 50 million will be spent on the purchase of medical equipment, the PMR President said summing up the inspection tour of the towns and districts of Pridnestrovie.
The first year of the program, according to the head of state, finishes with good results, but it is too early to draw a line. The President believes that this significant for the whole republic work is to be continued. Over the next few years, the institutions infrastructure, as well as towns and districts infrastructure, have to be updated. The President considers it important that the implementation of the capital investment program gave rise to the construction industry revival.
Central Regional Hospital of Rybnitsa was the last object inspected by the commission headed by the President. The building for children's outpatient-stationary complex is being reconstructed in the hospital. The construction of a two-storey extension has been started, in which the reception desk, the emergency room and the game room will be located. Transition gallery uniting the building with the hospital has already been reconstructed. More than 4 million rubles were allocated for these purposes from the Capital Investment Fund.
Another 2.4 million were directed to the major overhaul of the infection department of the Central Regional Hospital. During his previous visit, Vadim Krasnoselski was personally convinced in the deplorable state of this two-story building from 1972. Today, he inspected the facility where windows and doors had been replaced, pipelines, electrical networks, and plasterboard partitions had been installed, floors had been repaired.
While inspecting the progress of construction and repair work at the CDH site, the President had a question about whether the contractors fit into the period specified in the contract.
The head of state doubted the reality of the date December 1. At the same time, he stressed that it is unacceptable to speed up the process at the expense of quality. Vadim Krasnoselski focused on the importance of local management control.
The President aimed the hospital management and contracting organization representatives at the prompt and high-quality completion of the first phase of work. They will be continued next year. CRH is required to be included in the capital investment program in 2019.
