Mute swan depicted on new Pridnestrovian coins

The commemorative one-rouble coins are made of nickel-plated steel

Tiraspol, 5 July. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The Pridnestrovian Republican Bank (PRB) issues a commemorative one-ruble coin depicting a mute swan. They will add to the series "The Red Book of Pridnestrovie. Fauna", the PRB's website reported.

The coins are made of nickel-plated steel, 22 mm in diameter and weigh 4.65 g. The mintage is 50,000 pieces.

Commemorative coins are currency units of the PRB and a legal tender in the territory of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and must be accepted at its nominal value.
