Tiraspol, 5 July. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The government will control major monetary transactions. The Supreme Council has adopted on first reading the corresponding amendments to the law «On combatting the legalisation (laundering) of the criminal proceeds and terrorism financing».
It should be noted that today the list of countries that do not comply with the recommendations of the Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering is determined by the president. The president's spokesperson explained that the amendments had been agreed upon with the head of state.
