Tiraspol, 31 May. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The Moldovan authorities' decision to expel five Russian diplomats from the country is not an independent step by official Kishinev, but rather by coordinators outside Moldova, particularly in Brussels and Washington, MP Andrey Safonov said in an interview with our journalist.
He underscored this should be viewed as an integral part of an attack on Russia, on the one hand, and the desire to destabilise the JCC's work, on the other.
«And of course, this is a direct challenge in the military and political sphere since along with JCC members the military attaché was expelled," said the MP.
According to him, those actions are unlikely to change the format of the peacekeeping operation, but there may be another attempts to undermine the JCC's current activities.
