Tiraspol, 21 March. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The Master of Sports in swimming Tatyana Salkutsan won medals in the Open Adult and Youth Swimming Championship of Ukraine which was held from March 15 till March 20 in Dnipropetrovsk.
The Pridnestrovian athlete won bronze awards in adults backstroke at the distances of 100 and 200 meters, and also a silver medal at the same distances in the youth category. Tatyana Salkutsan won a gold medal in medley swimming at the distance of 200 meters in the youth category.
Tiraspol athletes Tatyana Perstneva and Evgeny Paponin also participated in the Ukrainian championship. As the Sports State Service reports, they became the competition finalists, however they didn't won medals. The main competitions for these athletes will be the European championship in London and the Balkan Games in Turkey.
