Tiraspol, 11 March. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Construction engineering remission proposed as one of the measures of the anti-recessionary government program will permit the citizens of the republic to legalize the constructions which were built in contravention of the law. The same also goes for different replannings.
The Pridnestrovie's Deputy Minister of Regional Development, Transport and Communication Arthur Shilker told our news agency about it.
According to him, if the Supreme Council adopts the anti-recessionary program, construction engineering remission will last until the end of 2016. One-storey houses will be included in the remission (including the houses with several apartments), private multystorey houses household outbuildings. The recession will be applied to the constructions built before January 1, 2016.
«While the remission being in effect, it is expected that those will be relieved from administrative liability who due to ignorance of the Architectural Activities Law or other reasons committed violation violations in the process of building, replanning and reequipment of the constructions," Arthur Shilker noted. He added that there is a large number of addresses of the citizens, who wants to legalize the constructions, in the State Supervising Service today, and every year this number increases.
The deputy head of the Regional Development Ministry specified that according to the construction engineering remission the construction would be tested for the minimum safety conformance.
The remission will be applied only to the natural persons and to the private sector yet. «Perhaps, apartment houses will be the following stage. But we should carefully approach this propblem. If everybody is allowed to legalize replanning in the apartment blocks at once, we will create an ant hill which will collapse tomorrow. It won't do good to citizens," Arthur Shilker emphasized.
The minimum fine for violations at construction and replanning amounts to 1288 rubles in Pridnestrovie. Maximum fine can be three times higher.
