Tiraspol, 1 February. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The head of the Asset Management Bureau Lyudmila Gagun announced the results of financial and economic activity, as well as the main difficulties of the enterprises, the Pridnestrovie's Governmental Press Service reports.
Within 10 organizations under the jurisdiction of Bureau, more than a half is export-dependent. Influence of the negative world economic developments on activity of the enterprises already having difficulties, including the credit history, causes significant loss to both the manufacturing and the state. Devaluation of national currencies in the trade partner countries causes competitiveness deterioration of the domestic production in foreign markets. It is impossible to even the export losses through the domestic consumption. Pridnestrovie just can't consume all volume of the let-out products.
As a result, a number of the Pridnestrovie's enterprises were in the red in 2015. As the Bureau director reported, the output of the Kamenka Canning Factory (which was at the level of more than 50 million rubles a year at the time) decreased to 11 million rubles in 2015. At the same time, the losses decreased from 4 million rubles to 2.8 million rubles. The purchase price of similar Russian canning production is nearly 3 times lower due to the national currency devaluation. Nevertheless, search of new partners continues. The production is also exported to Belarus. Currently, the stocked remains of the end products are estimated at prime cost of 4 million dollars, the commercial price doesn't exceed 2 million dollars.
The lack of the floating assets prevents the enterprise from influencing the situation. All currency revenue is allocated for amortization of the credit and interest rates, the remained sums — for the tax and salary payments. By January 1 of the current year, the loan debt amounts to 3.9 million dollars, and interest and the interchange rate debts amount to 258 thousand USD.
The Bendery Auto Assembly Plant also operates at a deficit. Output of the enterprise decreases, but the losses increase. The salary debt amounts to about 1 million rubles, and there's no opportunity to repay it. Opening of the minibus conversion department made it possible to keep the balance last year, at the same time traditional production of trailers and semi-trailers wasn't carried out. According to Lyudmila Gagun, at this stage, the potential capacity of the enterprise isn't realized, it represents a large auto repair shop in practice. To keep the current situation, the enterprise is suggested to open an agricultural machinery repair department. To improve the situation, it is necessary to restart the production of truck trailers.
On the contrary, the Odema factory increases its output and, as a result net profit increases. «Output has increased from 20 million rubles a year to 29 million rubles. The net profit of the enterprise in 2015 will amount to about 3.5 million rubles," the head of the Asset Management Bureau reports. This clothing factory has contracts with the customers from the Russian Federation and Europe.
The Bendery Biokhim became the leader in the output volumes and the positive financial results. According to the preliminary results, the outputs increased by 4 times and reached 64 million rubles in 2015. The net profit of the enterprise amounted to 3.3 million rubles. The management of the organization carries out huge work to find new sales markets and expand the scope of production. For example, the Biokhim produces not only corn alcohol, but also the distillery dreg for the export to Turkey.
Summing up the results, the Prime Minister Pavel Prokudin emphasized that the state wasn't able to provide the floating assets and the production modernization at the enterprises these days, but at the same time it took all possible steps to support the enterprises. Tax burden is decreased for them, energy resources are sold at preferential prices, and all this must provide preservation of manufacturing and jobs.
The head of the Government ordered the Economic Development Ministry to draw up a package of measures for the situation improvement at the enterprises.
