Tiraspol, 11 January. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. During today's meeting the heads of customs offices reported the fulfilment of the tasks related to the provision of regular customs control and clearance during the New Year's holidays both at border checkpoints and at inland customs offices.
According to the SCC press office, the process of checking customs declarations and passing goods in compliance with the declared customs treatment was organised on the days and hours specified in economic agents' statements. It is clarified that the work of border checkpoints was conducted in a regular mode: there was no traffic congestion or other incidents.
The SCC leadership is keeping the situation under control. During the meeting the head of the SCC, Yury Gervazyuk, outlined the tasks related to the organisation of the committee's activities and regular fulfilment of its functions.
