Tiraspol, 17 December. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The State Customs Committee (SCC) notes that downward trends in the global economy and in Pridnestrovie's foreign economic sphere have caused especially unfavourable trends in November-December 2015.
According to the SCC press service, there is no growth of imports this year, which is traditional for the pre-New Year period. The indicators of foreign trade turnover have decreased by 20% in this period as compared to the last year’s figures. As a result, assignments to the state budget as of December are estimated at 81% versus 95% forecast in the annual plan.
The SCC says that never before in the history of the committee has such a situation arisen. Emergency measures are being taken now to meet the target indicators planned for 2015. The committee leadership is keeping the current situation under control.
