CEO of the Belarusian Niva Group of Companies Sergey Romanovich and also his Marketing Deputy Ivan Kalininsky visited the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
As the press service of the Commerce and Industry Chamber reports, the Niva Group of Companies is one of the leading enterprises in machine-building industry of Belarus with headquarters in Soligorsk. It has production plants in Soligorsk, Urechye, Lyuban, in the Minsk and Mogilev Free Economic Zones with staff over 2600 employees. Total area of production shops amounts to over 60 000 square meters. The group of companies makes more than 40 000 tons of machine-building production in a year.
According to the republican import substitution programs, innovative productions implementation projects and new technologies development, the group of companies produces a full range of the mining equipment required for extraction and processing of minerals. Now, it promotes a so-called «Ready-Made Mine» option, providing a full service package to client, i.e. preparation of a mine for ordinary work including a drifting and installment of all necessary equipment.
The head of the Pridnestrovie's Commerce and Industry Chamber Vasily Kozhan told the guests about the Chamber, about its connections with other Chambers of Belarus. In particular, he told that Pridnestrovie's Chamber of Commerce and Industry signed five cooperation agreements with Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and its regional branches.
The Representatives of the Belarusian machine-building industry are interested in industrial cooperation and also in development of cooperation with the Pridnestrovie's enterprises in general. They show the greatest interest to Elektromash and Litmash and are planning to visit them within their next coming to Pridnestrovie.
Also, the guests were interested in the issues concerning the economic capacity of the republic in general, its foreign economic activity, investment climate, and also possible consequences for the foreign trade due to the joining of the Republic of Moldova to the EU free trade zone (DCFTA).
At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue further collaborative efforts in establishing connections between the Pridnestrovian and Belarusian enterprises.
