As the Dubossary State Administration Press Service reports, male and female athletes of eight age categories competed in the championship at 200 and 500 meters distances in singles and pairs.
«The championship in the middle of the season is an exam for our young athletes and a marker for the coaches of the Rowing and Cycling SDUShOR (editor's note: Specialized Children and Youth Sports School of the Olympic Reserve)," the chief of the regional Physical Education, Sport and Tourism Department Vladimir Vlasov noted and added that Dubossary athletes had won 29 prizes in these competitions.
