On 17 and 18 June, seminars for Pridenstrovie's teachers will be held in Tiraspol and Rybnitsa. Specialists of Prosveschenie Publishers will present the specific features of using Russian textbooks and the opportunities of new and established learning and methodical sets for primary and secondary schools.
Seminar participants, almost 4,000 in number, will be addressed by authors and editors of popular textbooks. For instance, the head of the Centre for Humanitarian Education of Prosveschenie Publishers, Alexander Danilov, will highlight the latest history and social studies textbooks. The thematic sections of the seminar will focus on methodologies of using learning and methodical sets in Russian language, geography, geometry, chemistry, and fundamentals of religious cultures and secular ethics, the Ministry of Education press office reports.
