Pridnestrovie's representatives took part in international conference named as "Life Under Sanctions: International Experience" in Moscow

Organizers of the event were the Economics Faculty of the Lomonosov Moscow State University and the Institute of CIS Countries

As the Foreign Ministry's Press Service reports, the director of the CIS Countries Institute, the member of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation Konstantin Zatulin, the head of the World Economy Department of the MSU Economics Faculty professor Vasily Kolesov, the director of the Globalization Institute Mikhail Delyagin, experts from Russia, Belarus, the Czech Republic and Germany took part in the conference. At the conference, Pridnestrovie was represented by the Pridnestrovie's Deputy Foreign Minister Vitaly Ignatyev and by the head of the Foreign Economic Activities Department of the Pridnestrovie's MFA Dmitry Kambur, who submitted the reports concerning the challenges to the regional security in the context of foreign pressure upon Pridnestrovie and concerning the Pridnestrovie's economy functioning within the blockade.

During their speech, The Pridnestrovie's diplomats emphasized main threats for Pridnestrovie in the field of security and social and economic stability and submitted a number of recommendations on their removal.

The secretary of the Russian Civic Chamber Alexander Brechalov sent a welcome address and noted the political context of sanctions, their aim to trigger confrontation in society and aggravation of social problems.
