The international motor rally «Memory Relay» is an annual large-scale event held to do honour to the memory of Great Patriotic War participants. It is organised by the veterans organisation «Battle Brotherhood», biker club «Night Wolves» and the «Antimaidan» movement.
«Memory Relay» participants travel over hero-cities and cities of military glory in Russia, Abkhazia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Novorossiya (DNR and LNR), Pridnestrovie and South Ossetia — 90 cities altogether.
However, because of Ukraine's events, this year the motor rally will not come to our republic (which has always joined it before). Thus, the decision has been taken to organise Pridnestrovie's own motor rally «Our Great Victory» as a gesture of solidarity. The organiser is the republican movement «Priznanie»
Its participants will visit war memorial sites in every town and district. The rally will take place on 25 April. It starts at 9 am in Kamenka and finishes in Bendery's Heroes Square in the evening.
