The Russian politician, the LDPR party leader declared it during the Sunday Evening with Vladimir Solovyov live talk show on the Russiya-1 TV Channel
"We will protect our compatriots. The majority of people have Russian passports there. We have defended Abkhazia, South Ossetia. Tiraspol was founded by Suvorov, and Moldova didn't exist there. It was later when the Soviet government gave away this territory to create a big Moldavian republic," the Russian politician noted.
Vladimir Zhirinovsky emphasized that if there is military threat for Pridnestrovie Russia will defend the Pridnestrovie's people.
