It is proposed to adopt the Convention on International Civil Aviation of December 7, 1944 in Pridnestrovie

Such initiative was advanced by the Deputy Prime Minister – the head of the Housing Energy and Transport State Service Vasily Vlasov at the Government's session

Today, Vasily Vlasov submitted the draft of the Pridnestrovie's Government's Decree "About the Pridnestrovie's Supreme Council's draft regulations on admitting the Convention on International Civil Aviation of December 7, 1944 as a legal standard in Pridnestrovie".

According to him, this project was evolved within the Pridnestrovie's Air Navigation Order implementation. Nowadays, the participants of the Convention are 191 states including the Russian Federation (besides, the Pridnestrovie's legislation is harmonized with the Russia's one).

"The main objectives of the Convention on the International Civil Aviation of December 7, 1944 are to ensure the safe and regular development of the international civil aviation around the world; to encourage the art of engineering and operation of aircrafts, the creation and development of the airways, the airports and the air navigation facilities for the international civil aviation; to satisfy the people's demands for the safe, regular, effective and cheap air transport; to contribute in the fights safety", - Vasily Vlasov told.

The document has already been agreed with the Ministries of Defense, Justice, Foreign Affairs and the State Service of Communications, Information and Media.

Members of the Government unanimously supported this initiative that will be submitted for Supreme Council's consideration soon.
