The meeting among the Deputy Foreign Minister Vitaly Ignatyev, the Deputy Chief of the Austria’s Embassy Jurgen Heysel and the expert of the Austrian Development Agency Jan Pospisil took place in the foreign policy department today
According to Vitaly Ignatyev, the Pridnestrovie’s MFA highly appreciates the dedication of the Austria’s party in keeping close bilateral contacts, in the ideas exchange and discussion of the questions concerning the current cooperation. The diplomat also noted the special attention paid to the republic and emphasized that the Pridnestrovie’s party remains open to the dialogues and the cooperation in many areas of mutual interest.
«Pridnestrovie is interested in important humanitarian projects raising the living standards and improving the citizens' social security in the republic. We highly appreciate the efforts of the Austrian Development Agency," the deputy minister emphasized.
The Foreign Ministry’s Press Service reports, Juergen Hejssel noted in turn that very successful joint efforts were made and a number of significant projects were implemented during the previous period of cooperation. During the meeting, the specific attention was paid to the international agents providing their expert support in solution of the current social and humanitarian problems.
The parties arranged an active bilateral cooperation in the fields of mutual interest.
