Vasily Vlasov appointed deputy chair of government on common facilities -head of State Agency for Energy and Common Facilities

The president has signed the corresponding decree today

See Presidential Decree No. 31 "On the Appointment of Deputy Chair of the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic on Common Facilities - Head of the State Agency for Energy and Common Facilities of Pridnestrovie."

Vasily Vasilyevich Vlasov was born on 1 August 1973 in Rybnitsa, Moldavian SSR, to the family of office workers.

He graduated from the Shevchenko Pridnestrovian State University with a degree in manufacturing engineering in 1996.

Since August 1996 he worked as a boiler and gas equipment maintenance engineer at Rybnitsa's Interdistrict Heating Networks and Boiler Stations Production Department (MPUTSiK).

In 1999 he was appointed head of the maintenance shop.

Since 2003 he worked as a deputy chief engineer at MGUP “Rybnitsateploenergo”.

In August 2005 he was appointed director of GUP “Rybnitsateploenergo”, and after the enterprise reorganisation in 2007 he continued work in the capacity of branch director of MGUP “Tirasteploenergo” in Rybnitsa.

From 2005 to 2009 he studied at the Moscow Institute of Entrepreneurship and Law. He graduated with a bachelor degree in economics.

In 2010 he was elected deputy to Rybnitsa's Municipal and District Council in constituency 7.

On 18 September 2013 he was appointed on the orders of the government head of the State Agency for Energy and Common Facilities.

On 2 February 2015 he was appointed by presidential decree deputy chair of government on common facilities - head of the State Agency for Energy and Common Facilities of Pridnestrovie.

Vasily Vlasov is married and has two daughters.
