The Government Press Service reports, the republican budget execution works out 99.7%, while the local budgets – 106%. At the same time, the raising funds plan for shortage control wasn’t fulfilled.
Besides, the changes concerning the passenger fare for the benefit-entitled citizens were also discussed. For the reference, since January 1, 2015 trolleybus fare for these citizens amounts to 1 ruble, in the suburban routes – 1.5 rubles, interurban – 4 Pridnestrovie’s rubles. As the Prime Minister’s Regional Development Adviser Vladimir Trandasir noted, the introduction of the e-transport fare for is a least-evil solution. The purpose is to provide proper vehicle service.
“During 2012-2013 16 vehicle units were delivered to the republic, 4 of them were delivered by the Russian Federation for free and 12 were purchased on lease. The trolleybuses require certain vehicle service, but the local budgets subsidies are insufficient. Therefore, it was decided to bring in the minimum passenger fare for the benefit-entitled citizens amounting to 1 Pridnestrovie’s ruble,” the Prime Minister’s Regional Development Adviser VladimirTrandasir noted.
At the end of the meeting the Prime Minister was informed about the measures taken by the Public Transport and Roads Service for overcoming the winter peak. Also, it was noted that a number of emergency staffs and complex teams was created during the heavy precipitation and temperature fall period. All specialized machinery for the roadway clearing was brought into operation in time and according to the schedule. Any interruptions in the public transport functioning weren't observed.
