The Pridnestrovie’s delegation was invited for the meeting in Moscow by the Federal Service on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing Surveillance and the Federal Hygiene and Epidemiology Centre

The visit was of a fact-finding nature and became the next real step to the implementation of the memoranda signed about a month ago between the relevant departments of Pridnestrovie and Russia, reports the Pridnestrovie’s First Channel.

The real aims were reached and the program of further cooperation was set following the results of negotiations. Also, the signing of the joint protocol is being prepared.

"The agreement on the Pridnestrovie’s Hygienic and Epidemiological Center’s staff training in the Federal Hygiene and Epidemiology Centre of the Russian Federation was reached. It is an opportunity to level up our employees’ competence, and also to study the laboratory research techniques of the Russian Federal Center, including the methods of the goods quality and safety control," - the head of the Pridnestrovie’s State Control Service Olga Zvarych told.

Besides, according to her, there were discussed the issues concerning the quality and the safety of goods produced by the Pridnestrovie’s enterprises, and also the terms and requirements for their export to the Russian Federation.

"Russia will provide us with the methodological help, i.e. the standardized regulatory instruments, in order that we could apply them for controlling and supervising the products’ testing. This is the way we want our production, work and service standards to become equal to those of the Russian Federation," - the deputy chief of the Technical Regulation and Consumer Right Protection State Inspectorate Natalya Dmitriyeva noted.
