"We are certainly concerned about the increased collaboration between Moldova's power structures and the Nato. <…> The training of Moldova's military personnel is perceived by the Pridnestrovian citizens as preparations for aggression against Pridnestrovie," RIA Novosti quotes the head of state as saying.
According to Yevgeniy Shevchuk, this collaboration contributes to further tensions in the relations between Kishinev and Tiraspol. "I hope our Kishinev partners realise that and will choose the only correct way of resolving issues between Pridnestrovie and Tiraspol in a peaceful manner," he added.
