Diesel fuel excise rate reduced in Pridnestrovie

Pursuant to the presidential decree, from 1 October to 31 December the beneficial excise rate for gas-oil should be USD 70 per 1 tonne

"As before, the businesses registered in Pridnestrovie and carrying on business activity for at least one year (prior to the entry into force of the current Decree) upon payment taxes, duties and other compulsory payment in accordance with Pridnestrovie's legislation can take advantage of the beneficial rate. When providing a suite of documents, the declarant should also apply the corresponding certificate from a territorial tax inspection," says the announcement of Pridnestrovie's State Customs Committee.
