Meeting of the PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky with the State Duma Deputy, Leader of the LDPR faction Vladimir Zhirinovsky was held at the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
Various aspects of the Pridnestrovian-Russian cooperation were discussed during the meeting, including inter-parliamentary cooperation. They talked about joint projects in the sphere of healthcare and social protection. Vadim Krasnoselsky, traditionally, raised the topic of simplifying the procedure for the entry of Pridnestrovians into the citizenship of the Russian Federation.
The PMR President during the discussion spoke about the need to create a mechanism that would allow Pridnestrovian Russians to legally use the medical policies of the Russian Federation.
The current foreign policy situation around Pridnestrovie became the subject of conversation within the walls of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. The meeting participants exchanged views on the state of the negotiation process between Pridnestrovie and the Republic of Moldova.
Concluding the meeting, the interlocutors assured each other of the traditional openness to contacts and agreed to continue the working dialogue in the usual constructive spirit.
