Tiraspol, April, 22. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. For the past two years, the leadership of the republic has provided great support to light industry enterprises, in particular, Odema CJSC. This allowed them to increase production volumes, increase staff and wages in the industry, as Director of Odema Ilia Shoyhet told Novosti Pridnestrovya IA.
“We regularly maintain dialogue at the level of the Government and Pridnestrovian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. They listen to us and hear us. The state is interested in the development of the industry,” the leader said.
He reminded that two years ago the income tax rate for enterprises in the industry had been reduced from 1.7 to 1.3. An initiative is currently being considered to reduce the ratio to 1.05 for productions that work on a give-and-take basis. In turn, the organization undertakes to increase the wages of employees by at least 7%.
“We are fulfilling our obligations, and since November last year the average salary at the enterprise has increased from 5,200 to 5,400 rubles,” Ilia Shoyhet noted.
According to him, the possibility of reports` simplifying is currently being considered.
“A proposal is being prepared to change the frequency of reporting on environmental control from once a quarter to once a year. Significant simplifications occurred through the customs committee. We were handed the National Enterprise certificate, and we do not pay for the storage of goods in the customs terminal,” the Director of Odema CJSC said.
In recent years, increased attention has been paid to solving personnel problems. Odema CJSC and the Tiraspol College of Business and Service SEI SVE signed an agreement on the implementation of dual training in the profession Seamstress.
“Last year, the company’s staff increased by almost 80 people. In Rybnitsa, we opened a new branch and employed 30 specialists there. Our doors are wide open, and we are able to employ over 200 more people,” Shoyhet said.
He added that the company was planning to increase production, repair shops and purchase new equipment.
