Tiraspol, April 22. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Prime Minister Alexander Martynov heard the report about results of a visit of the delegation of the Ministry of Health of the PMR to Russia.
As the Deputy Prime Minister – the Minister of Health Alexey Tsurkan noted, the management of the department visited large medical institutions of Moscow and glanced in their main structural divisions.
«The Russian experts willingly shared the accumulated experience in a part of the organization of high-quality health service», - Alexey Tsurkan emphasized.
So, in Clinical Hospital No. 52 which serves half a million Muscovites showed to the Minister of Health and his deputies work of the hemodialysis center which is the largest complex of kidney replacement therapy in the territory of Europe.
«They have very useful experience when this procedure carried out at home. Within the execution of the order on hemodialysis we also study the question of price on the organization of such therapy in house conditions», – Alexey Tsurkan emphasized.
At the same clinic, the center of cardiovascular surgery works – there the Pridnestrovian delegation studied the experience of the Moscow physicians in the application of angiographic installations for assistance to patients. Also, the issue of transportation of citizens with suspicions of a heart attack or a stroke came into the view. Here the Minister allocated approach of the Sklifosovsky Research Institute.
«All machines of emergency medical service have the corresponding equipment, and they operate in the uniform information girdled system. In the territory of Moscow there are about 10 angiographic installations: if someone has a suspicion of a heart attack, a stroke, there is a paramedic who sits in the car, and if he sees a signal of free installation at once he goes there», – Alexey Tsurkan explained.
Besides, the delegation visited Bashlyaev Children's Clinical Hospital, the press service of the Government reports.
Speaking about concrete results of a trip, Alexey Tsurkan designated that the Russian professionals are ready to help with the methodological plan and training of the Pridnestrovian experts of a different profile (heart surgeons, neurosurgeons, etc.). Discussed also a subject of treatment of the Pridnestrovians in the Russian Federation.
In addition to it, Alexander Martynov said that during the meeting on the platform of the Government of Moscow the agreement on supporting our republic by the hi-tech equipment was reached. In this regard, the Prime Minister charged to the Minister of Health to make the application with the indication of a number of the required equipment and the ambulance cars.
