Tiraspol, December, 18. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. PMR President Vadim Krasnoselski announced the state’s intention to continue supporting people with disabilities over the coming years. Despite the fact that the Year of Equal Opportunities is ending, the government will not leave people with disabilities without help.
“The year of equal opportunities is coming to its end, but the program and desire continue for the next years, until it depends on us” - the head of state said, answering a question from Novosti Pridnestrovya IA.
According to the head of state, this year was aimed primarily at infrastructure developing. These are projects on the organization of leisure, sports and recreation for people with disabilities. They are planned to be implemented fully by 2020.
“We should socialize these people as much as possible, introduce them into society so that they will be close to us. Do not be afraid of them, they are normal people. Maybe they are wiser than we are due to physical injury. We should not be blind to these people, but be noble and accessible to them. This is my philosophy. It is a sin to turn away from such a person. Every official stands ready. Therefore, no matter how difficult it is for the state, we are ready to take it from ourselves, but we will send it there. This is the position of both the President and the Government” - Vadim Krasnoselski summed up.
