Tiraspol, 11 July. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Supreme Council speaker Alexander Scherba summed up the results of the 5th session of the Supreme Council. Among the main results in the first half of 2018, he noted the adoption of laws on public procurement and investment support. According to Shcherba, these laws appeared due to the joint work of the president, the government and the Supreme Council.
As he noted, despite the emerging disputes on certain aspects, the branches of power intend to further "achieve the goals set by voters - citizens of the PMR."
"Discussions and disputes are aimed at maximizing the positive effects of public policies aimed to improve the life and well-being of society," said Scherba.
The Supreme Council will resume its work after the parliamentary recess, and the first session of the autumn-winter session will be held in early September.
