Tiraspol, 14 March. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. As Novosti Pridnestrovya has already reported, the Pridnestrovians are taking part in the first post-festival meeting “Future Team”. It is held within the framework of the forum "Russia-Land of Opportunities". The meeting, which was opened yesterday in Moscow, will last until 20 March, including in the Russian regions.
The platform was created on the initiative of Russian President Vladimir Putin to develop a system of transparent means of social mobility, self-realization of talented youth and professionals in various fields, as well as to support charity and consolidate the best public initiatives.
The Forum has become an educational, business and discussion venue for 6,500 people, some of whom were foreign participants of the 19th World Festival of Youth and Students in Sochi. They work at the "Future Team" platform and represent 110 countries.
The schedule of the first post-festival "Future Team" meeting " is aimed at sharing experience in implementing socially significant projects, discussing the prospects for the development of this international movement, initiating new events.
"The youth's view on the Sustainable Development Goals set by the United Nations and other topical problems of the world order" is one of the central themes of "Future Team"'s business programme. This also includes the presentation of the best initiatives implemented after the 2017 World Festival and the design session "Future Team Development".
Pridnestrovie is represented by two members of the official delegation Yulia Shakula and Alexander Solovyov, as well as two independent participants - Alexandra Barinova and Svetlana Molake.
The young people have already visited the Smart City exposition at the Information Technologies Center at VDNH, got familiar with the most advanced technologies that make the life of Muscovites more comfortable today. After all, in terms of IT services, the Russian capital has ranked among the best in the world for several years now, being one of the seven smartest cities.
"Today online projects successfully work in Moscow. With their assistance it is possible to monitor via the Internet the child's nutrition at school, to book an appointment with a doctor. The electronic documentation is well developed. I believe that one of the best projects that could be applied in Pridnesgtrovie is 'Active Citizen'. It is unique and has been created for those who want to make their city better, more modern. By answering important questions, citizens directly influence the making of decisions by the city administration, and they themselves suggest what and how needs to be changed," said Alexander Soloviev.
A rich cultural program is awaiting "Future Team" Participants including a visit to Bolshoi Theater, Mosfilm, the historic park "Russia is My History" and a number of Moscow museums.
"Today's Moscow is fascinating. We were on a sightseeing tour of the city. We visited the Mosfilm museum and the stage of the famous TV show 'Voice. Children'. Then we went to Moscow's main square, visited the Cathedral of Christ the Savior and then Russia's largest national historical museum," said Julia Shakula.
"A large educational programme is awaiting us on the territory of Russia's Exhibition Centre, where meetings with well-known Russian speakers will be held. There are loads of emotions and impressions. The most noteworthy is that at the forum we really have met the guys that we had met at the World Festival in Sochi. These are inexpressible feelings," noted Shakula.
On 16 March "Future Team" participants will go to the cities where World Cup matches will be played this summer. Within four days they will get acquainted with the history and culture of various regions of Russia, will visit the infrastructure facilities of the World Cup.
